Crocs!!!! What!???

No you didn't misread the title. The same person that said they would never date a Soldier and ended up marrying one also said she would NEVER own a pair of CROCS!

Let's go back to September 28th 2012 when my wonderful husband asked me what I wanted for my birthday. Please take into account that my birthday is on the 29th of September. He's a procrastinator, gotta love it! So I said "I don't want to tell you, why don't you just think of something I need or in this case you think I need and get it or make it or DO it!" Well that was my bad.....We went to the Mall of America together and decided to go our separate ways he took the baby in hopes that he would have some great ideas since he's with me 24/7. Unfortunately for my husband the baby is only 6 month's old and the extent of his vocabulary is buahbuahmomommothththththth. No help there Wes you are on your own! Well when we met up an hour later....he had a bright green bag with him. I've never seen this marvelous bag before so I didn't know what store it came from. Well the next day, not even wrapped unless you count the b-e-a-utiful green bag a wrapper out came THE CROCS!!! I was speechless and that doesn't happen to me. I thought to myself "what was he thinking? I have never told him that I wanted CROCS!" I giggled a little and yes I feel bad about it because it was to his face and I asked him "why CROCS?" and they weren't pretty girly ones either (bless his heart) southern accent. His response was "I hear you complain that your feet hurt from walking around the house either barefoot or in your flat flip flops and I thought I would get you these for your own good." Made me feel like poo, what a jerk I was. Thank God they didn't fit, so we got to go to the mall two days in a row!!! I exchanged them for a pair of more girly ones....no their not pink, of course they are black like almost everything I own but they are so cute I will show you!!

What do you think? I think they are cute and comfy! By the way we received a 10% military discount but they are another company that doesn't advertise it, you have to ask.
