Healthy 2 Ingredient Pancakes!!

Ok so I'm always looking for a healthy alternative to give my son and husband. I saw this one online and decided to try it. You will need:
1 banana
3 large eggs
A mixer
I just used my mixer, sprayed the pan, pour and your done!
Top with fruit or syrup. I am a big stickler for consistency and they are a little to airy for me but I think if I add some almonds or pecans it will be fine. To me it tastes like banana bread or french toast.

  2. Did you try them yet? If you did, did you like them? I think they need pecans or walnuts for some texture. That's just me though.
