Chile con queso recipe!!! So good!

OK so I have been asked for this recipe for years and I didn't have one to give. I never really took measurements when I made it. But today I decided to write it down as I went, if you like nachos you will love Chile con queso!!!!

Here is what you will need:
At least a 2 Qt sauce pan
12 oz of Velveeta
1 cup of milk (I use 2%)
2 Small tomatoes or 1 large
1/2 medium white onion
Garlic Salt
Salt
3 cans of Cream of Mushroom soup ( I use Campbell's but I'm sure any will do)

Juice Please!

So I am feeling like I am in a funk and it has been going on for a while now. I am tired all the time and I don't feel like doing anything including being very Holiday spirited. I have realized that I do not take very good care of myself, I don't get good sleep, I definitely don't eat well and I do not exercise! Wow I am in bad shape so....I am going to do something about it!! I have made up my mind to eat better and detox three days a month just to cleanse out any of the toxins that I accidentally missed.

I am going to the store today to buy:

Cucumbers
Celery
Parsley
Cilantro
Oranges
Lemons
Carrots
Apples
Grapefruit

For starters.
